Turn around time varies depending on if you order a preorder fabric or a mystery item or a RTS. Please note the following:

RTS items will ship out with 5 business days

Preorder fabrics take 8-12 weeks to arrive at the suppliers. Following the arrival they need to be cut and shipped so please allow another 2-3 weeks processing time. Once the fabric arrives, I will have them completed within a two week time frame. The time frame is a guideline. Most times the fabric arrives closer to the 8 week period. Sometimes it can be after the 12 weeks period. Please keep this in mind when ordering. The fabric is custom printed so it takes time to print and ship.

Mystery items that are not part of a mystery club will have a 3-4 week turn around time before shipping or when your item is ready for pick up.

Turn around time will be listed under each individual listing. Please do not order preorder items with an RTS item or the RTS item will be refunded.

All fabrics are prewashed with Tide free to ensure and shrinkage happens prior to you receiving your item.

I do not accept returns, however, if there is an issue with your order please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item so I can do my best to make it right! Everything runs true to size unless mentioned in the product description.
